Oxygen's Personal Training and Pilates team follows the practice of creating functionally fit bodies. Palm Beach has a diverse fitness population that ranges from high school athletes and homemakers, to business men and “golden age” golfers. Our team not only helps clients look great and feel fit and healthy, but we prepare them to safely overcome the rigors of an active lifestyle. With an educational background that ranges from sport-specific training, physical therapy and yoga, to Pilates, martial arts, pre and post natal and functional fitness, our team can help any body reach their health and fitness goals.

Proper fitness training for new mothers is essential to the health and comfort of the mother and the baby. Exercise during pregnancy can help improve your mood, reduce bloating and swelling, promote muscle tone, strength and endurance, help you sleep better, increase energy, and alleviate lower back pain.

ONE-ON-ONE   PARTNER TRAINING (2 People)
The ultimate in personal training, to keep you motivated in order to reach your goals. A one-on-one session is the ultimate way to go!   Need something to keep you motivated? Work out with a friend. Build strength and have fun all at the same time.
POWER LUNCH WORKOUT
No time before work... No time after work... Get energized in the middle of the day with a 30 minute workout. Time won't be a factor as you establish an intense workout routine that will work all major muscle groups in 3 half-hour sessions per week - INCLUDING cardio!!
  IN-HOME OR IN-OFFICE TRAINING
No more excuses! Let our certified personal trainers come to your home or office and develop a program just for you. Oxygen Health & Wellness supplies the necessary equipment and motivation you need to meet your optimal fitness goals.
TRAVELER'S PROGRAM
Work with a trainer to learn methods of taking fitness with you wherever you go. Program includes a take-home exercise plan and an exercise tube
  SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
Whether its Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Soccer, Football, Hockey, Boxing, Swimming, Skiing or Snowboarding, we have the workout that will help you excel in your sport.
CONDITION SPECIFIC TRAINING
Pre and Post Natal, Post Physical Therapy, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness Ask about special programs.
  WELLNESS ASSESSMENT
Includes a body fat composition analysis, measurements, cardio assessment, flexibility and postural evaluation, with a certified trainer.
PREGNANCY FITNESS/PRE-NATAL   PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION
Let one of our certified yoga instructors personally enhance your yoga technique. Ideal for beginners or advanced students!

Includes: Bikram, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power and Hatha Yoga, among others.
BASIC ASSESSMENT
Oxygen Health & Wellness recommends this assessment be done every 6-8 weeks to monitor your fitness progress. Includes a body fat composition analysis, measurements and bodyweight, with a certified personal trainer.
  PRIVATE SPIN
Work with a trainer ono-on-one to learn proper positioning to enhance your spin experience or to have your own personal class.
Personal Training and Pilates are available upon request daily. Please make appointment at the front desk. All appointments must be prepaid, are nonrefundable, and a 12 Hour non refundable cancellation is required.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS THROUGH OUT THE YEAR

Oxygen offers numerous special programs throughout the year including a middle school football clinic, pre ski and snowboard fitness and golf fitness programs. Please check with us regarding availability.
